On Thursday, December 12, the full list of nominations for Critics Choice Awards in film categories was announced, and Payal Kapadia's All We Imagine As Light has earned a nomination for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 30th Annual Critics Choice Awards.

The other titles nominated for Best Foreign Language Film category include films like Emilia Pérez, Flow, I'm Still Here, Kneecap and The Seed of the Sacred Fig. Interestingly, All We Imagine As Light is contending with Emilia Perez, I’m Still Here, and The Seed of the Sacred Fig at the Golden Globes 2025 in Best Non-English Language Motion Picture category. Payal Kapadia's film secured dual nominations at the Golden Globes: Best Non-English Language Motion Picture and Best Director (Motion Picture).

All We Imagine As Light starring Kani Kasruti, Divya Prabha, Chhaya Kadam and Hridhu Haroon in key roles, has earned accolades and acclamations internationally. It scripted history by becoming the first Indian film to win the prestigious Grand Prix at Cannes 2024. The female-centric film has also bagged the Jury Grand Prize at the Asia Pacific Screen Awards, Best International Film Award at the New York Film Critics Circle, and Best International Feature at Gotham Awards, among several others.
